If you want to work with Beyoncé, you better make sure you haven’t been involved in any sexual assault shenanigans. Word on the street is that she was so devastated when she found out that Detail – her “Drunk In Love” producer – was facing allegations of rape that she decided to run #MeToo checks on potential collaborators.
At this point, Mrs. Carter has rejected two songs for her upcoming “Renaissance” album from high-profile artists over sexual assault allegations that they’re facing. While her decision has reportedly rubbed people the wrong way, an insider says that she doesn’t care because she “wants to set an example that any abuse shouldn’t be normalized.”
So far, no one on Bey’s team is commenting on the allegations.
