Diddy's former associates and others will talk about their experiences with the troubled music mogul in an upcoming documentary.
On Thursday, January 2, Peacock debuted the first trailer for the streaming service's brand-new documentary, Diddy: The Making of a Bad Boy. According to the synopsis, the 90-minute special will detail his rise to the top and his fall from grace following the mounting sex trafficking allegations. It will feature "never-before-seen footage and stories from those who know him best" including testimony from a former friend, bodyguard, make up artist, intern, and producer. Artist Al B. Sure!, the ex-husband of the late Kim Porter, also appears in the documentary.
"Something is not right with this," Al B Sure! said in the trailer.
Peacock's upcoming documentary is one of several programs that detail the criminal allegations against Sean "Diddy" Combs. TMZ released its docu-series The Downfall of Diddy last April which features testimony from people who claim they attended Combs' alleged freak-off parties, Ray J, Stevie J, the plaintiff's attorney Tony Buzbee and others. 50 Cent is also making his documentary Diddy Do It for Netflix.
Following his ex-girlfriend Cassie's bombshell lawsuit in 2023, more alleged victims have come forward with allegations of sexual assault and other gruesome accusations. Combs was arrested and charged with sex trafficking and other federal offenses. He pleaded not guilty to the charges and has been awaiting trial at a jail in New York City ever since. Combs's trial is set for May 2025.
