Prosecutors want Tory Lanez' bail revoked after they said he violated the protective order that was granted to Megan Thee Stallion.

TMZ reports that prosecutors have filed a motion to hold the Canadian rapper in contempt after a surprise performance at Miami's Rolling Loud festival in July, where Megan had performed less than an hour before. Lanez, who was not scheduled to perform at the festival, came out on stage during DaBaby's set for a performance of their collaboration "SKAT."

Last summer, Lanez was charged with felony assault after allegedly shooting Megan in the foot. She has since been granted a protective order against him, requiring the rapper to stay at least 100 yards away from her. Megan was reportedly still backstage after her set when DaBaby and Lanez took the stage, causing her and her team to become "very upset."

Sources told the gossip outlet that prosecutors believe Lanez and DaBaby tried to rush the stage while Megan was still performing, but another said Lanez never saw her or got anywhere near her. Both the Miami and Los Angeles Police Departments were contacted about the potential breach of the order.

A hearing is scheduled for Thursday (August 19), and prosecutors are asking that the judge either increase Lanez' bail or revoke it entirely, which could land him in jail until trial.
