Charlie Murphy Dead At 57 After Leukemia Battle.


Actor and comedian Charlie Murphy has reportedly passed away at the age of 57, according to his manager. Murphy was the older brother of comedic legend Eddie Murphy, and was a successful stand-up comedian on his own, most notably performing iconic sketches in Chappelle’s Show and helping write his brother’s film Norbit. The older Murphy also starred in popular animated comedy The Boondocks and toured with notable acts like Eddie Griffin and Cedric the Entertainer.
