Mike Epps, the actor and comedian best known for his work in "The Hangover" and in sequels to the movie "Friday," was one of two men arrested and accused by New Orleans police of hitting a Virginia man Saturday (Feb. 18) at Harrah's Casino, The Advocate reports.
Epps and Thomas Cobb, 52, of Brooklyn, were booked with battery, the newspaper reports, but warrants have been issued for their arrest after they missed an arraignment Tuesday in municipal court.
The victim told The Advocate that he spotted Epps while walking to cash chips. "I said 'Oh, Mike Epps!'" he told the newspaper. "The next thing I know, he started hitting me in the face, unprovoked."
